Niche recently revealed the best neighborhoods to live in every state. The rankings are based on the "Best Places to Live in America" roundup, which factors in cost of living, job opportunities, crime statistics, public schools, local amenities, and data from multiple sources.

South Lake Union was crowned Washington State's best neighborhood! This Seattle spot earned an overall A+ rating on Niche. Nightlife, jobs, outdoor activities, and commute are among their standout attributes. The website also explains what it's like to live in this neighborhood:
